Start with one quiz you like
Pick a simple topic such as General Knowledge or Animals. Stay with that topic for a few days instead of jumping around too much.
Keep each session short
Most HMQUIZ sets are around 10 questions. One quiz is enough for a quick session. If you feel fresh after that, you can always play one more.
Use mistakes as gentle feedback
When you miss a question, smile and treat it as a hint. It simply shows where you can improve next time. No negative self-talk needed.
Build a small routine
